I'm an Associate Director in our insolvency, restructuring, and asset recovery team, in the British Virgin Islands office.
In our team, we focus on a wide variety of work. This includes traditional insolvency, asset recovery with unique funding solutions, restructuring, forensic accounting (including digital assets and blockchain analytics), corporate simplification, contentious directorships, and complex cross-border litigation. This work includes appointments throughout the Caribbean, including Trinidad, Antigua, St Vincent, St Lucia, Belize, Anguilla, in addition to the BVI and Cayman.
We regularly assist individuals and corporates through a variety of circumstances, from ‘light touch’ processes to more contentious and complex situations.
Personally, I have 12 years’ experience working in insolvency, restructuring, and asset recovery. This includes over eight years working in the UK, providing full exposure to a variety of processes and elements of work. I subsequently relocated to the British Virgin Islands, where I’ve now worked for over three years.
I’m a qualified certified accountant (being a member of the ACCA), a Director of RISA BVI (Recovery & Insolvency Specialist Association), and Treasurer for the BVI Rugby Football Union. Outside of work, I’m a keen runner and still enjoy playing the occasional game of rugby union.
